Jean Philippe eschews chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand harvested. Fermentations with malo in barrel. Batonnage is limited depending on the health of the lees and the nature of the vintage. AGING: 12+ months in barrel (1 6 new), plus 3 6 months in tank
