2023 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru, Cote de Beaune, France 1.5L Magnum Spottswoode Unfined/unfilteredSourced from a single Grand Cru climat in Puligny Montrachet, crafted by Marc & Alexandre Bachelet, who farm sustainably and vinify in larger oak barrels before finishing in stainless to preserve purity. Grapes are carefully hand harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed, then undergo native yeast fermentation in barrel, followed by an extended barrel levage of roughly 12 months with minimal new oak.
