Thomas de Marne - Val Frison 'Holistique' Brut Nature, Champagne, France (R19) Stocking Stuffers not color) and fermented inAlthough Thomas has taken over the estate (Val Frison) from his mother, very little has changed. Most wines, like this, are from one vintage and one varietal, seeing no dosage. One of the new wines that changes course from this program is Holistique which replaces Frison's 'Portlandia' bottling. It now has some kimmeridgien soil represented and a touch of Chardonnay (30%).
