NV Champagne Laherte-Freres, Ultradition Brut, France [2021] Nicolas Altare lower part has thick reddish60% vintage, 40% reserve wines; grapes are picked up by hand when fully ripen, and traditionally pressed. Alcoholic fermentation in vats and barrels according to grape varieties and plots. Malolactic fermentation partly made.
