Thierry Germain 2021 Loire France Saumur-Champigny Romanee-Saint-Vivant graceful and plushA beautiful ruby red color, the color is brilliant and clear and is adorned with variegated and undulating reflections between violin and cherry. On the nose we detect beautiful notes of flowers and small red fruits. The attack is frank and straight. The fruitiness is slightly crushed and gives a lot of juice in which the red dominates. The acidity is present, giving fullness and a nice depth.
