2020 | Zorzal Gran Terroir Pinot Noir | Gualtallary Damilano mouth-filling and sweet-fruitedThe Gran Terroir Pinot comes from a combination of vineyards in which 60% corresponds to Gualtallary vines and the rest to El Peral, both in the extreme north of the Uco Valley. While Gualtallary's calcareous soils provide nerve and tannic tension, El Peral adds red fruits and silkiness from its vineyards more than 1,000 meters up. The blend is produced with 50% whole bunches crushed in cement tanks. Aging lasted for 15 months, and the result is a
