2022 Vignaioli Contra Soarda Breganze Vespaiolo Veneto, Italy Yuki No Bosha Deep color with crunchy darkSelection of organic Vespaiola grapes. Spontaneously fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank for 3 months and additional 6 months resting with the fine lees. Clear, light yellow color with green shades. Citrus bouquet on the nose with grapefruit, lemon, and a green notes of fresh grass. Rich and ripe on the palate it fills the mounth and cleans it at the end with it's freshness, given by its great acidity. producer's note
