Adrien Renoir 'Le Terroir' Verzy Grand Cru Extra Brut, Champagne, France (22) Aldo Viola was planted by Ryan's family100% Pinot Noir from chalky Grand Cru vineyards in Verzy, farmed biodynamically. Fermented with native yeasts in oak barrels, full malo, aged sur latte for ~3 years. Disgorged with minimal dosage. Precision grower Champagne: red fruited depth, chalk tension, and vinous drive.
