2013 Biondi Santi Tenuta Greppo Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany, Italy Wachter-Wiesler The grapes for this wineHarvested from estate vines planted between 1025 years ago using the historic BBS11 clone of Sangiovese Grosso, this Annata is kin to Brunellos origins at Greppo (1888), blending tradition with purity. The fruit was fermented with native yeasts and aged for three years in large Slavonian oak casks, then quietly rested in cellars until release.
