The grapes saw two weeks of skin contact and were blended with freshly pressed juice from Empire and Gala apples. Bottled in a col fondo style using biodynamic honey from Hermann J. Weimer winery, the whole kit and kaboodle is 100% Finger Lakes through and through. Minimal sulfur added at press.
