Fruit is fermented in concrete with native yeasts and given a long maceration, then aged for about two years in large Slavonian oak casks before a gentle bottling. The 2022 is taut and pure, layering red cherry and blood orange with rose, subtle herbs, and a fine, stony undertone. In magnum it will evolve slowly, holding freshness and detail
