2024 Louis Billard Petite Chapelle, Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru, France Poderi Oddero After a string of hardSet just below Chapelle and Griotte Chambertin, this finer, longer 1er sees a five day cold soak and a 13 day native ferment with early pump overs and light punch downs, using 100% whole clusters, then 15 months in barrel (30% new) and 2 months stainless, with slow lenticular filtration and ~15 mg L free SO (~900 bottles).
