Barrel Camp Rye: Spring 2023 La Adelita Since 2022This single barrel of Ragtime rye was hand selected at New York Distilling by TSR members at our inaugural Barrel Camp. It's the older of the two barrels selected from 12 barrels. It's a rich complete rye, with a unique mash bill and barrel char, and eight summers under its belt. Barrel BC1 944 Age 8 Years. 4 Months.
