Raphael Bereche is one of Champagne's hardest working, most curious growers, obsessing over every step from farming to dosage, and his wines are quietly legendary among the trade. Le Cran is a 50 50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from two old vine plots in the family's home village of Ludes, a Premier Cru on the Montagne de Reims. Bereche blocks
