'Le Ronsay' Beaujolais Louis-Antoine Luyt Bottled at Navy Strength (57%)Natural Red Wine Jean Paul Brun started Terres Dores in 1979 in Charnay, an area in southern Beaujolais that is slightly warmer and more limestone driven than the granite rich villages in the north. Today, his southern vineyards have grown to 30 acres, with 15 hectares added in the northern Crus. To Jean Paul, carbonic maceration convolutes and masks the true terroir of Beaujolais. Instead, he opts for a more Burgundian approach to fermentation,
