2023 Bodegas Zarate Albarino, Rias Baixas, Spain Clos Lentiscus From 35 year-old vines withAll the vineyards are in the granite rich soils of Val do Salnes. The fruit for this wine is taken from only their vineyards. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in tank for 6 months on the fine lees. Depending on the vintage at most 25% of the tanks are allowed to go through malolactic fermentation.
