Direct press of grapes. Fermented naturally with no additives (Yeast, enzymes, SO2, etc) Aged 9 months in fiberglass tanks. Bottled without SO2. A beautiful natural wine made for seafood (and friends!). Alas, Copinages means friendly favoritism" for Crustaces, or shellfish. Fresh and crisp with hints of dried pears and turmeric."
