Hillrock is one of the only American distilleries to grow its own grains, and floor malt on site. Their award winning whiskeys are truly field to glass. This limited release bourbon is aged in Hillrock's Solera and Oloroso Sherry casks, then finished for 76 days in a Cognac cask before being bottled at 118.
