A gentle slope with eastern exposure. Fermented with 100% whole clusters, ambient yeasts, and no sulfur added macerated for 10 days with just two punch downs. Aged 12 months: half in used barrels, half in ceramic. Unfined, unfiltered. A small addition of sulfur after malolactic.
