This wine is a blend of 6 barrels of clone 2A Pinot Noir from the Demeter certified biodynamic Bassi Vineyard and 1 barrel of Clone 1 Sauvignon Blanc from the organically farmed Rancho Arroyo Grande Vineyard

and they disgorged the bottles on December 10th

Aged for eight months

2024 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Maranges Rouges 1er Cru La Fussiere, Burgundy, France Oddero the exception being white CortonFarmed organically on 60 year old vines grown in east facing, limestone clay soils. Grapes are hand harvested, fully destemmed, and fermented using native yeasts in temperaturecontrolled vats. Maceration lasts ~15 days with regular pigeage and remontage. Aged 18 months in French oak (25% new, balance 12 yr old), bottled unfined and unfiltered.
