2022 Domaine Vindiou ‘Le Tourbillon de la Vie’ Blanc, Rhone, France L'Aietta Vinification: Harvested and sorted byFrom Chardonnay planted on limonsandy argil soils at 191 m in the Drme North (Ardche Rhne). Harvested early and vinified with direct pressing followed by a five day maceration on skins. Fermentation is spontaneous (native yeasts), levage is short (stainless steel) and the wine is bottled with very light sulfur.
