2023 Les Bottes Rouges Cotes du Jura 'Pollock's' Chardonnay, France Pierre Morey Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2023Chardonnay from vines planted in 1990, in conversion to certified organic. Fermentation and elevage 20 months in combination of 500L oak barrel and 20hL concrete tank.
