Frontonio Valdejalon Garnacha Supersonico 2022 Grower Champagne George California Shochu in aSupersonico is the mid tier of Fernando Mora MW's Frontonio range, a high altitude blend of mostly Garnacha with a small dollop of Macabeo from 80+ year old bush vines in Valdejalon. The Mora team works a north facing parcel on decomposed gray slate selected specifically for freshness, then ages the wine in large neutral barrels for around twelve months. The result splits the difference between the lithe energy of Microcosmico and the depth of
