2022 Weingut Werlitsch Sauvignon Blanc Vom Opok, Sudsteiermark, Austria White Walnut Estate "Les Plumes" from the communeA biodynamic, skin contact Sauvignon Blanc from limestone marl soils in Sdsteiermark. Grapes undergo short maceration, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and 18 months aging on full lees in large oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled without added sulfur.
