The Pinot Noir is from purchased grapes in the Cte de Beaune. Viticulture: Biodynamic, with lutte raisonne for purchased grapes Vinification: 100% whole cluster for the Gamay and 50% whole cluster for the Pinot Noir, vinified separately. Indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank. No sulfur added
