2022 Sylvain Dittiere La Porte Saint-Jean La Perlee, France Ermes Pavese racked to tank without pressingA very unique and rare Perlee located near Doue la Fontaine and made from very old vines of Chenin Blanc + 90 years old in the Saumur appellation but labeled as Vin de France. Soil is composed of limestone and tuffeau. His first harvest was 2013. The wine was aged 24 months partly in barrique and demi muid about 40% new. A grand vin which will need several years of cellaring.
