2023 Tercet (Marc Soyard) Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Blanc, Burgundy, France Christian Moreau Aged 16 to 18 monthsOrganic. 100% Chardonnay from a parcel a few km north of Pernand Verge Lesses in Echevronne, right at the nexus between Hautes Cotes de Nuit and Hautes Cotes de Beaune. The fruit is slowly direct pressed into barrel, spontaneously fermented, and aged in barrels of various sizes. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without additional SO2. Arrives 05 01 2026.
