Unturned Stone Dry Creek Valley White Zinfandel Adel's Vineyard The Blush 2024 champagne-template Volcanic rockErin Mitchell and Randy Czech founded Unturned Stone in 2010 with a simple thesis: traditional, low intervention farming and winemaking at sites others overlook. The Blush is their nod to the 1980s White Zinfandel craze reimagined as a real, dry wine. The fruit comes from one organically farmed acre at Adel's Vineyard, near the entrance to Dry Creek Valley, which they have farmed themselves since 2018. Pour it cold and serve it without apology; this
