2023 La Pierre Ronde Bigne Bourgogne Pinot Noir 'Jeunes Vignes', Burgundy, France Comte Armand The Auxerois40% whole cluster, 1 2 week fermentation in stainless steel vat with punch downs and pump overs, aged for 10 months in used barrels (70%) and amphora (30%), blended and aged for an additional 2 months in tank, filtered, SO2 added when needed throughout.
