The year 2020 was very good in the Douro region, ensuring penning of the grapes, resulting in the production of an enormously appealing wine. After crushing the grapes with the stems and disinfection with a small dose of sulphur dioxide,the yeasts selected were inoculated. Fermentation was carried out in small stainless steel vat at a temperature of between 28 and 30 C, with regular use of the pump aeration process. After malolactic
