Luigi Tecce is one of Italy's most soulful, near cult growers, working almost in solitude in Paternopoli one of the highest, coolest corners of Taurasi in Campania. "Puro Sangue" ("Pure Blood") is his Riserva level bottling from old Aglianico vine trees on sand, limestone and Vesuvian pumice, fermented in open chestnut vats for 40 days
