Hder is flatter and cooler than its neighboring vineyard and this, combined with the gypsum keuper soils, leads to wines with bright acidity, cooler fruit tones and dynamic nuance. Traditionally this wine is fermented with native yeasts in large neutral oak Stckfass, each year, and then aged an
