2020 | Bodegas Roda Cirsion | Rioja Lewis and here for a goodThis is very precise with currants, raspberries, light vanilla and sandalwood. It turns to smoked meat and paprika with hints of white pepper. It's full bodied yet very tight and compacted with juicy tannins and lots of flavor at the end. A selection of old vines, 80 or more years old. Eight months in 100% new French barrels. 88% tempranillo and 12% graciano. December 2023 release.
