Third generation vigneron Jean Marc Slque farms these parcels with a deep respect for biodiversity, practicing organic and regenerative viticulture to capture the purity of the regions chalky terroir. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged partly in oak, this cuve is built on a perpetual
