Hillrock Estate Distillery Single Malt Whiskey Havana Club Mash Bill 60% Heirloom CornThis Hillrock single malt whiskey was hand selected at the distillery by Anthony Finley, Mike Weinman, Dan the Bourbon Man, Pierre Auguste and OJ Lima. It's made from estate grown malted barley that was smoked with Speyside Scottish peat for 18 hours in the distillery's malthouse. Unlike Hillrock bourbon, the single malt isn't solera aged. It was finished in a Pedro Ximenez cask then bottled at cask strength. This is TSR's first pick from Hillrock,
