2020 Domaine de la Pepiere Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine Monnieres - St-Fiacre, Loire, France Jintaro Yura Bellussera trainingFrom west facing granite and schist slopes above the Svre just inland from the Atlantic, this 20120 is 100% Melon de Bourgogne harvested from vines averaging ~25 years of age. The fruit is hand picked and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, then aged 10 months on fine lees in tank (no oak) with regular btonnage to build texture. Bottling is done with a light sulfur adjustment (25 mg L total) and no filtration. The 2020 is pure and
