Domaine Giachino Vin de Savoie Monfarina 2022 ABC321 This Coteaux du Cap CorseFrdric and David Giachino farm 15 hectares in Savoie under full organic and biodynamic certification, working alpine slopes around Mont Granier. Monfarina, named for a traditional Piedmontese dance, is their flagship white: roughly 70% Jacqure with Verdesse (~20%) and Mondeuse Blanche (~10%), made without added sulfites. It captures everything we love about mountain whites, brisk acidity, transparent fruit, and a saline pull from the limestone scree.
